We know that career satisfaction is not just about advancement but about finding the right fit in terms of what feeds your soul and what offers you the balance you want and need. A job search is one of the most stressful things you can go through. It's easy to feel like very little is in your control. So it's even more critical to focus on what we can actually manage, and that includes our mindset. It's a process but you'll have expert guidance every step of the way.
