We offer a 4-week meditation course to help you find your thrive and build a practice with a weekly customized workshop and guided meditation.

So, we are thrilled to share our personal meditation coach with you in this customized workshop. We'll meet each week for 4 weeks for a guided meditation with Tarika Lovegarden. Tarika has honed her signature course "Unplug from a busy mind" with Stanford University’s Healthy Living Program, which she has also brought to small private groups and a variety of organizations in the San Francisco Bay Area, including Google, Sephora, Pinterest, Salesforce, Oracle, eBay, and Genentech. Born into a family of meditators and trained by pre-eminent meditation leaders, Tarika carries forth her lineage in teaching individuals and groups.
