Mindshare Learning Circle for Job Change Seekers with guest Cristina de Leon

Monumental Me Founding Member Cristina DeLeon just graduated from INSEAD, the #1 ranked business school worlwide in 2021.  Cristina is excited to lead this Learning Circle for Job Change or MBA Seekers. She is searching for her dream job and is in the thick of figuring out what that is, and how to get it! And she has lots of experience over the course of her career pre-MBA as well! 

Any company would be lucky to snag Cristina. She is down to earth, self-aware, organized, innovative and has utilized and will recommend some excellent tools to create & execute on the best approach to create positive change and how to build a roadmap to get there. This is an opportunity to hear from someone who's "been there" in that she is at the crossroads of having had several years of work experience, attended graduate school (which you may or may not need) and is giving her all to finding the career job that will fulfill her goals.

Cristina's bio: Cristina de Leon spent 7+ years as a strategist from F500 (i.e., PepsiCo) to digitally-native brands (i.e., Rent the Runway) before embarking on her MBA at INSEAD last year. As a strategist, she spent her early years in management consulting, then soon after went into industry for various strategy roles from e-commerce and marketing to customer loyalty and voice of customer -- with a common theme in experiential work for the brand and consumer. Due to the nature of strategic work, it has involved transitioning to 35 different project teams, requiring agility, open-mindedness, experimentation, and most importantly — enjoying the journey.  It’s her hope to foster and facilitate the discussion to empower change!
